To the good people at DC Connect
I have been struggling with various and well known internet providers for the last 4 – 5 years. These “struggles” included everything from extremely high pings and latencies it included bad customer service, incorrect billing, very high bills for almost no data, no signals and  IT structures that does not know a floppy from a Flash Drive. Then I heard about DC Connect and thought to myself  - I have got nothing to loose. I expect bad service but I need internet desperately. I called them up and asked for a brochure – Firstly I was surprised to see their brochure, it was done in plain understandable terms ( It’s the small things that make a difference ). I talked to some of the IT people and they were extremely knowledgeable about their product AS WELL as their competitions product.  I decided on a package called THE BREEZE – It is a mere 384k line so I thought let me just see what it is about before I go for higher speeds.
WOW – from the time I put my signature down to the time I could surf the web took them less than 24 hours!!!  Show me ANY other company that can do that! Ok so they impressed me on service…. Mmmm… would it be that good when crunch time comes? Well all I have to say to that was HELL YES – My 384k line runs BETTER and FASTER than my old 512K line WOW – Ok so let’s be honest now, there is no company that can boast a 100% problem free internet. What I did like about DC Connect was that when I had my problems ( 4 of them to date ) they were easy to get hold of, and they could give me a deadline by when the problem would be sorted out. Each time the problem was sorted out BEFORE the given deadline. When it comes to after sales service I am really impressed with them.
What is very nice about THE BREEZE package is the fact that it is UNCAPPED internet. Due to this I thought “let me use it” – HAHAHA I am currently using my line to a capacity of almost 100 Gigabyte of data per month average over the last 3 months and the speeds stayed constant without fail.
No more RED, Yellow or Blue and Green for me. No more bursting speeds, and no more Orange.
DC Connect thank you so much and I hope you put this letter in a place were people can see. You have restored my faith in the SA internet market, not only with very affordable rates but most importantly with great before and after customer service.
